We’ll make our best effort to match / beat the prices of in stock products offered on identical terms and where we can check the price, stock position and where relevant your eligibility to purchase from the local competitor. 

Where possible, we’ll match against any other retailer store located within our local delivery zones. 

We make no guarantee that we might match prices materials which are only available as part of paid for membership/subscription or 3rd party marketplace seller prices.

We do not match exclusive discounts e.g. special offers, staff/ student/ NHS staff blue light.

Offer does not apply to pricing errors or misprints in competitors quote.

The ultimate decision to match or beat prices is made by the manager on shift and is non negotiable.

Our competitor’s product must be identical:  the same size, material, colour, condition and quality as ours.

Both us and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.

We reserve the right to withdraw this price promise offer at any time.

Please be prepared to back up any price that you may have already received from another supplier with physical evidence (quotation or screenshot), as a condition of this offer dated no older that 30 days as of the date of submission and of a value of no less than £750 net.

This proof must be showing the matching dimensions, availability of stock, the date/time and the price.
