Delivery Process and Options
We offer a local delivery service as well as click and collect options. We aim to deliver within 1 week of processing the order.
Our kerbside deliveries are either done on a HGV lorry with a crane or a flatbed van, always between 7am and 5pm.
We try our best to accommodate any special requirements where possible.
1. PLACE YOUR ORDER
Select your products, choose delivery, and complete payment securely.
Any access restrictions must be added to the order notes at checkout.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You’ll receive an automatic order confirmation email. Our team will then manually process your order. If anything is out of stock or requires a special order, we’ll contact you straight away.
3. ORDER PROCESSED
Once your order is processed on our system, we'll email you with the scheduled delivery date. At this stage, pre-authorised funds via PayPal or our payment gateway will be released to our bank.
4. DELIVERED!

Even if you're outside of our delivery zone, we might still be able to help! just get in touch for a competitive delivery quote. We work with a few trusted hauliers and can often arrange transport further afield.
We'll just need your shopping list (so we know the size and rough weight estimate of your order) and your exact delivery location to confirm price. Alternatively if you have your own transport or know a friendly man with a van, you can click & collect directly from our Beaconsfield branch. We deliver across a wide area from our base in Buckinghamshire through Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Greater London, Hampshire, and even the very border of Northamptonshire.
Delivery Information
We deliver using our own Timberstore vehicles to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our fleet includes HGV lorries equipped with a Hiab for easy unloading, as well as a smaller flatbed van for tight-access sites and smaller deliveries.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm.
Please note that we don’t currently offer Saturday deliveries.

FAQs
Do you deliver to my postcode?
If you are within our local delivery zone, the delivery charge to your address should come up in our delivery calculator above. If your delivery address is slightly further out, please contact us for a delivery cost as they are quoted individually.
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
We operate a fleet of our own vehicles but do tend to book up a week in advance, always contact us directly if you need an urgent delivery as sometimes this is possible.
