Siberian larch is a slow growing, high density softwood making it one of the hardest softwoods available. This makes it durable and perfect for external cladding as well as decking, flooring, sheds, kennels and many other uses. Due to its durability it isn’t as vulnerable to knocks, scrapes and scratches like other woods. It will often start life as a pale yellow/golden brown in colour but weathers to a striking silver/grey although various treatments can change this. It has a traditional TGV (interlocking V joint) profile and has been pressure treated for longevity, with a finished size of roughly 18x144mm.
